The staff was very friendly and very helpful during a difficult situation -- the Great Iberian Blackout. There was no power and no wifi. Our outgoing flight was cancelled, and we were able to stay two more nights as they had cancellations from guests who could not get there. Good breakfast offering. The whole atmosphere was friendly and relaxed. The staff were incredibly helpful, the room comfortable and the breakfast exceptional.

Loved the roof terrace. Didn't realise that there was a plunge pool until too late! Next time!
Location and the overall ambience of the hotel. Good and comfortable communal area. Nothing to add.
Our only grope was at the start of the stay the room was a little cold at night and there was no heating, as the hotel had switched the heating system to air conditioning. Could have done with another chair in the hotel.

Hotel location was perfect, 5min walk to Cathedral so very central for everywhere. Room was lovely with everything we needed. Staff at hotel were excellent too, it was my birthday and also gave me a bottle of bubbly which was a lovely touch. Highly recommend the hotel id definitely stay there again.
