Pros (+) Peace and quiet! Looking at the Bay below. Also, the fact that we backed up to some greenery, like a jungle.
Cons (-) The room was not very clean after two days a second made wash the floor and it was solid mud. Looks like it was gray when it was actually shades of black and gray.
