The staff was terrific, helpful, professional, and always trying to help with any request. The views from the casita were fantastic; we have our private pool. Felt secure in the location, with 24-hour front desk personnel and room service. This is our 4th time here and we plan to come back next year. Great for relaxing and resting. I would have loved if the hotel has a sandy beach. However, I knew about it before booking.

Peace and quiet! Looking at the Bay below. Also, the fact that we backed up to some greenery, like a jungle.
The room was not very clean after two days a second made wash the floor and it was solid mud. Looks like it was gray when it was actually shades of black and gray.
