Pros (+) This hotel is wonderful It was very clean, very spacious and lots and of facilities . Staff were friendly and outstanding. Local restaurants along the beach were very good and its a bus or a short taxi ride to the city,

Pros (+) I asked for room with balcony high up overlooking the beach and sea and Las Arenas gave us a beautiful room on the third floor overlooking the pool beach and sea.
Cons (-) The step onto balcony was difficult to negotiate, very easy to trip which my 90 year old husband did and scraped his forearm quite badly.However we still had a very relaxing holiday, my husband sitting on balcony and me swimming in the lovely large pool.

Pros (+) Wonderful pool and spa facilities. Near restaurants and beach. Room had a separate shower and bathtub. We were on executive level floor with beautiful sea view.

Pros (+) The view of the sea and beach was beautiful. The room was very comfortable and it was a real treat to have a bath with a separate shower as well as 2 basins. We didn't actually use the swimming pool or the spa so can't comment. The staff were very kind, patient and pleasant. The staff were the factor that really stood out.
Cons (-) It is quite an expensive hotel. Also the dining room at dinner time didn't really have much atmosphere.

Cons (-) I asked for a room with a sea view and I got room no. 205 with a view of the building and the courtyard, I feel cheated because this room should be cheaper or marked as having, for example, a partial sea view
