It's hard to talk. The accommodation is fantastic for super cordial care. The restaurant's attendants worried about us all the time. Breakfast is super gourmet and full at the same time. .
Having to pay for food to be delivered to the room and not to the restaurant.
Magical Stay surrounded by forest This hotel is such a beautiful spot—surrounded by forest and with ski slopes literally right outside the door. Nice, clean and quiet place. The sauna in the bedroom is a real plus. The forest around is perfect for a stroll even in winter. The restaurant has really good food and for reasonable prices. Breakfast is also quite good. Uber comes also very quickly so it’s not a problem to go in town if you don’t have a car
The few things that would be great to improve is to have a lift (1 stair to climb is not a big deal but with heavy luggage it becomes a bit more challenging). Adding a gym in the hotel would make the place prefect
Beautiful views and the breakfast was exceptional. Dinner in the hotel was also lovely. Hotel guests could go in the ski lifts free of charge to see the views. We were not skiiing.
The room was very hot especially after using the sauna in the bathroom, and difficult to cool it down. Some of the staff were friendly but most weren’t. Given the cost of this hotel you’d expect more. Taxis in and out of Rovaneimi were 17€/18€.
