The train which arrives to Tampere goes under this Arena Hotel, and you can see it from the train station, so it is very easy to find it. It's 5 min walk. Despite of this I rarely heard the trains from my room. You have access to the Nokia Arena from the hotel too, and if you have ticket, you don’t have to go out and enter again. I couldn't turn off totally the air conditioner. During the night it blew cold air on me, whatever I tried to set the temperature, it did. The fan was off, but the air conditioner could not be. That Sami folk music was good, and relaxing, and as a hungarian I was very very very happy for it, but I heard it everywhere, and after 2 days it was too monoton, even it was not the same.Read more
Very clean and modern hotel and quiet and cool room with comfy bed. Super nice staff, everyone. Cleaners, chefs, waitresses, lady at check-in, just everyone were super polite and made us feel welcome to stay. What a great service! And what a breakfast! Wow!
Maybe some info where to get in and out would be good (entrance A to elevators, from floor 0 there is a lot more walking to do when going to city)
The room, sauna in the room, breakfast was amazing, rooftop, rooftop sauna.
The sink was blocked, it was hard to find to the hotel from the carage. Shower was slow.

Modern and Spacious rooms
I missed a covered roof terrace so it would be possible to sit outside even with a bit of rain…
This is the third time I have stayed here and every year I look forward to the rooftop sauna. But this year I went out of the sauna and onto the terrace in my bathrobe without my card key, and the lady at the front desk helped me out. I will be careful next year. The breakfast was excellent and the restaurant staff were very diligent and helpful.
A fridge in the room would be useful.

Bed was not good, maybe too soft. I didn’t sleep well.
