Pros (+) Lovely location close to restaurants and metro and supermarket not far away. Pictures don't really do it justice Fridge in room and water.
Cons (-) Fridge was very loud and soundproofing not good,you could here the next rooms bathroom as of it was your own. No drinks making facilities in room and no decaf coffee downstairs.

Cons (-) The layout of the split level rooms is ridiculous. The stairs are very steep and the available space is very limited, ie nowhere to store luggage. At least we found the second bathroom came in handy - this was the only space available to store our luggage.

Pros (+) I've stayed at Landmark 6x now and I love the location, service, neighborhood, food, gym and gorgeous rooftop with pool. Manila has many restaurants in the neighborhood and close walk to Poblado and Proveza.

Pros (+) Lovely chic hotel in a great location in El Poblado. Beautifully done out, friendly, helpful staff and very near some good eateries. The breakfast cafe downstairs serves lovely healthy breakfasts and lunches. Smallish rooftop but great if you can get a lounger.
