Pros (+) Hotel facilities (spa and wellness area) were the reason why I booked the hotel for my family and we did enjoy using the facilities there. Indoor pool, outdoor pool and Sauna area is nice and very clean.
Cons (-) For a 4 star hotel and the price tag that goes with it, I expected at least decent Service. Unfortunately we experienced, on several occasions, very poor almost rude service from the Staff. In our room we did not have a hairdryer and there were no coffee machine or water kettle for hot water. My husband asked a staff member for hot water and he was told to buy it at the bar.
