It was very clean and efficient.
The property was new, clean and modern - close to a family mart and 10 minute walk to Tokyo Dome and train station
We booked as a family - the booking stated 2 double & 2 single beds. On arrival the 2 single beds were rollaway beds which were very hard and left no space for luggage or to move round the room once put up. We also found the double bed too small for 2 adults to sleep comfortably. Lana Tokyo is a very modern, comfortable and clean place in a quiet area of Tokyo. It is in the city centre without the noise of it. The beds are comfoetable and everything is spotlessly clean. I would definitely recommend it

Excellent amenities. You realize the excellent value that you are getting only when you stay at and compare to other hotel apartments in Japan
The room is nice, good space, clean, availability of utilities, availability of washing machine, and not very far from the metro station.
The place is not easy to find (not in a big street and surounded many buidings) but the directions to the location are clear. The price is also nice but would prefer if it was cheaper. Other than that the place is great.
The space is modern and simple.
I am aware that wood makes up the majority of Japanese homes. However, I can hear others footsteps most of the night.
Brand New, townhouses type of place, in a great area. Laundry and easy to dry equipment.
Stairs can be a issue if you have mobility problem. They are narrow and inclined. Not a problem at all for us. Great place!
The location can seem a bit inconvenient but it's right in the middle of Tokyo/Ginza, Shibuya, Ikebukuro and Ueno so i personally thought it was nice. It was a bit far from the subway but it wasn't too bad. Our room was beautiful and well-equipped. The check-in process was quick and easy, making our arrival smooth. The hotel has a great metro connection, and there are shops nearby, which was very convenient. We had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed our time here.
