Pros (+) breaksfast was incredible every morning and included in the room, pool was clean - staff was wonderful - spoke english for the most part! the room was spacious the beed v comfortable

Pros (+) The breakfast was excellent with a good choice. The room was spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed two meals in the bar , which were well presented and good value for money. All the staff at the hotel were polite, courteous and helpful.
Cons (-) The rooms were not very well insulated and there was a lot of noise at night. You could hear your neighbours talking, using the toilet and closing the bathroom door.

Pros (+) Great hospitality. The receptionists there and particularly Gonçalo were so kind and helpful. Gave us beautiful recommendations. The facilities were perfect and a great location, view, incredible value for money.

Pros (+) The rooms were clean and functional. The spa and outdoor pool area were lovely. Restaurant & bar food was very good.
Cons (-) Very ugly building, the rooms had small windows and no balconies, such a shame as a stunning view.

Pros (+) The reception staff were excellent - very friendly and helpful and went out of their way to assist in any way we requested. The room (valley view free upgrade) was also lovely and spacious.
Cons (-) Meal choices for dinner in the restaurant were a bit limited. Same applies to healthy choices in the breakfast buffet.

Cons (-) the location is hateful: the hotel is built in a district with cheap appartment buildings around. Most of the views are not nice.

Pros (+) The staff were amazing. Very friendly and accommodating. We arrived the day of the country wide power outage. There was no power in our room but the main lobby was powered by a generator. They were able to feed their guests with a very limited menu but dealt with the situation incredibly well. We asked for a late checkout the next day and no issue. The outdoor pool is beautiful.
