Pros (+) I was very disappointed with our stay at the resort. The facilities were not clean, and the overall sanitation was poor. Unfortunately, my nephew got sick with amoeba, which we strongly believe was due to the unhygienic conditions. I hope the management takes immediate action to improve cleanliness and safety for future guests

Pros (+) Love the villas and the penthouse we booked so spacious and love our view. Staff are very nice too
Cons (-) the way how to get to your rooms we booked 6rooms and we’re all confused how to get there not enough elevator, it’s challenging for seniors to walk all the way up to their rooms but other than that it was good!

Pros (+) It was inclusive of all activities and loved the diving opportunity, the staff were amazing, facilities well maintained and food was amazing. Amazing view and great in room dining service with great portions. Staff very professional
