Shown 3 rooms before one was acceptable first 2 had a smell which staff agreed
The room and hotel was very clean and nice.
I booked this hotel as a romantic getaway and paid extra so I’d have a balcony with a view. The view we had was of a parking garage. Even though the room was rather expensive I would happily have paid double to have a view of literally anything else. Even though the room and hotel were very nice it’s not worth it.
Very cool hotel, going beyond expectations! Great service! Great amenities! And a wonderful bar with great service and live music! Well done!
I was so excited to be with us I hope to visit you one more time , best place , best service, good bed everything so so super.

Great bed and shower. Nice modern room features. Cool bars and restaurant options. Really like how it’s decorated. Performance club gym nearby is nice.
A lot of plane noise from MCO arriving and departing flights.
I am confused why do they only have 4 stars, majorly better than many 5 star hotels in the US. spacious clean rooms, bathrooms and even Japanese automatic toilets. Meals at the restaurant are just wow! A bowl of high quality fruit and berries for just 8$. Again food can be easily comparable to a 5star hotel.
You should know it is located 15 mins away from the airport, but for us that was what we were looking for, as we only stayed the nights before and after our cruise. I think it is also positioned well vs Disney parks, only 25-30 mins away, but if you are looking for „walking around“ probably not the right location
Clean and beautiful hotel, the front desk was accommodating, the staff was so sweet and kind, we were able to check in hours early, we got a high floor, the customer service was great, the amenities were awesome. The pool is beautiful, the sculpture garden is something to see both during the day and better at night, the lobby get packed with live music in the evening, the food is amazing.
Our room had a weird fishy smell, the iPad had a glitch so we were over charged for room service drinks but did not know there was a glitch until the room service guy told us, the bar kept sending up bad drinks that were watered down but cost $21 each. We weren’t refunded or accommodated for that, a tad bit over priced for food and drinks.
I enjoyed everything this hotel had to offer very beautiful place to visit

Modern feel. Extremely clean and new. The restaurants near by.
Prices a little high but expected.
