Pros (+) The location was perfect for walking around old town, taking tours from the marina(across the street and over a small bridge) and getting to train station(5 minute walk). Hotel was unique with very nice staff and clean!

Pros (+) Without exception, all staff were pleasant and helpful, giving the hotel a warm and welcoming feeling. We decided to change to a slightly bigger room which was done instantly, willingly and without fuss. Pros (+) The rooftop pool and seating were nice, but we didn't spend any time up there. Went in December, so rooftop bar was closed. Breakfast was good.
Cons (-) Open bathroom concept, restaurant service, small lobby, hard floors in rooms. Didn't like the hotel in general, and very expensive.

Fantastic location and comfortable rooms, making for an overall pleasant stay. However, there was a significant issue during my visit: on one night, the staff forgot to turn off the corridor music outside my room, which continued blasting until 1:30 AM.
