Excellent hotel with great staff.
The spa facilities were completely over-run with students/backpackers taking advantage of daily membership. All the loungers taken, smoking outside is overwhelming, showers packed out .......not a relaxing environment and not suitable for families staying at the hotel wanting to relax.

The property was clean, the staff are extremely friendly and accomodating to your needs and the food is absolutely excellent. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Everything was perfect. The room was spacious and most importantly clean! Our view was amazing! The breakfast spread was truly amazing! The infinity pool was really nice and relaxing. They even provide luggage area after our checkout so that we can roam around freely. I have nothing to complain 💯

There are quite a few things that we didn’t enjoy: •Firstly, we were misled by the photo of the bungalow we had booked on booking.com. We were expecting to receive the bungalow in the hillside and the exterior to look like the picture but unfortunately it didn’t and was nothing like that (attached what we received). Very kind saff
The shower was broken, so it was uncomfortable.
The views from the hotel were amazing and we could get a shuttle to/from Sapa easily with the hotel. The staff were friendly and very accommodating to our needs during the trip. The rooms and interiors were very tasteful.
Perfect place for people who want a quieter and exquisite part of Sapa. Proximity to Fansipan cable car. Buggy to shuttle you from the bungalow to the main building, and to the cable car station.
That was a hard one.
Spacious rooms
We were there at Reunification Day, a public holiday, and the spa facilities were closed. Also they charged us more because we asked for transportation at 1st of may also a public holiday. It is supposed to be a 5 star hotel that addresse to foreigners.
