Very kind saff
The shower was broken, so it was uncomfortable.
The views from the hotel were amazing and we could get a shuttle to/from Sapa easily with the hotel. The staff were friendly and very accommodating to our needs during the trip. The rooms and interiors were very tasteful.
Perfect place for people who want a quieter and exquisite part of Sapa. Proximity to Fansipan cable car. Buggy to shuttle you from the bungalow to the main building, and to the cable car station.
That was a hard one.
Spacious rooms
We were there at Reunification Day, a public holiday, and the spa facilities were closed. Also they charged us more because we asked for transportation at 1st of may also a public holiday. It is supposed to be a 5 star hotel that addresse to foreigners.
We are a couple that came for 1 night at the executive suite and decided to extend since we loved it so much! Beautiful view, good service, amazing suite, fun activities such as swimming pool, spa, massage, sauna, gym and jacuzzi (all not included in room booking). Delicious food at the restaurant, everything here is more expensive than other places in Vietnam so be prepared for that. Definitely r...
Only thing I would say is that I would expect for the team to know better English but we got along.Read more
Room was excellent and very clean.
The location and the size of the room
The mountain views from the room and breakfast area were very beautiful. Location is close to the Fansipan cable car station and not near Sapa town but that also meant peace and tranquility. Stayed for 4 nights. Restaurant food and gym facilities was decent, breakfast variety was superb. Rooms were very clean and modern.
Nothing!
The pool, spa and views amazing
Abit outside Sapa town centre but have free shuttle service so isn’t an issue
Amazing views, clean, beautiful rooms. The restaurant was great too both for breakfast and dinner.
They allow people to just come in for the day to use the pool/spa area, making it a bit crowded.
