The hotel is very clean and the staff are very friendly.
guests have to pay separately when using the swimming pool
Onsen is the best..really.. many type of Mineral..come with free popsicle and even free Ramen in he night ..very tasty too.. not to mention .. the BEST breakfast buffet.. soooo many selection for buffet ..just the sashimi and ikura already worth it.. Overly crowded during the evening for bath and weekend for breakfast.
Good view of the Tokyo bay, near the famous teamLab museum. Nice lobby and a free shuttle bus beneath the hotel to Haneda Airport. It has also a 7-eleven directly facing the hotel main entrance and a good restaurant mall on the other side of the street.
Althought very friendly, the english level from the hotel staff could (and should) be improved in such a 4-star hotel in the capital of Japan.
The staff was very welcoming, and the hotel as a whole has a beautiful vue. The room was very clean, spacious and well organized. I really had a good time !
Breakfast and dinner at Sachi restaurant were excellent. The view of the bay was beautiful.
Location was a little out of the way from shinjuku and shibuya.
Location for the market was excellent. Breakfast was incredible. Cost to have a dip In the pool and not so long jacuzzi very expensive add on Would not do that again if I returned. Room was comfortable and clean. Dinner was not so great sorry.
Pool cost. Perhaps if you are there a week it is worth it Dinner was a let down meal
It was an absolute joke. I arrived 20 minutes early and they wouldn’t even let me check in early. 20 MINUTES! Every normal hotel lets you check in as soon as a room is ready. I’ve been to 10+ hotels in Japan including chains and never experienced this demeaning treatment. The gym was an absolute joke as well.
