Amazing views, great customer service, staff were very helpful, close to bus stations.
Hot water tank would run out quickly since it’s an older building, couldn’t take a warm shower before bed so that was disappointing especially when traveling around Europe. Breakfast included is adequate but difficult for those with allergies, not buffet style.
Beautiful view and building. Location just in front of the lake. Nearby bus station. Included breakfast and restaurant on site.
Our room had no door separating the shower side of the bathroom. A/C we used only one night because of the noise, but weather was cool enough. Maybe a bigger issue in other seasons. No elevator which was no problem with us but it could be a problem for some. Beds are in the tougher side.
This is a dream location on the lake w/a leisurely elegant atmosphere & professional (terrific) staff! Thank you Dina, Baptiste & all for your service. Our room had a lake view, very romantic & quiet for our 52nd anniversary. Just a few bus stops from downtown Montreux & local shops close by.
We would have appreciated a lift but managed the stairs (for now). And perhaps an upgrade to electronic door locks in the future?
Friendly staff, very clean and a stunning location. Breakfast was good with lovely coffee.
Just felt that the evening meal, nice as it was, was a little overpriced.

Parking the car was difficult . Very busy restaurant meant that many cars needed parking - the area was not laid out well and if car parking spaces were marked it would have been easier. Instead everyone just parked willy nilly. The manager spent quite a lot of time moving clients cars around. Being a right hand drive car and also a new car we really did not want him driving ours. The views from the room and balcony were lovely, looking over the lake! the restaurant and garden area was great!
The rooms are quite dated and small.
Very beautiful quite location placed not far away from city. Very friendly personnel, excellent garden with delicious kitchen. We feel like in paradise here. 100 % relax and peace with the beautiful lake view and promenade.
We had a great stay at La Villa in Montreux. The view from the property is absolutely stunning! The staff was friendly and very helpful—they carried our luggage up and down since there’s no lift and our room was on the 2nd floor. The food was good and overall, we really enjoyed our time here. Would definitely recommend!
