This hotel exceeded every expectation. The views were absolutely breathtaking; waking up to that scenery every morning was unforgettable. The room was incredibly comfortable, with thoughtful touches that made it feel like a home away from home. What really stood out, though, was the service. Every staff member was attentive, and eager to help.

Amazing decore and gardens. Location was fantastic and the staff were very friendly. Bed was super comfortable and all the soaps and amenities including robes made for a great stay!

We had no clue about this hotel when I booked, as we arrived our expectations soared. When we arrived at our room we realized how cool and relax full this place is. Excellent staff, great price, and great food options!
Nothing TV in the rooms, but great WiFi to watch on my iPad. We were there for business not leisure so when I travel I like TV and leisure I don’t care for TV.
We loved everything about our room (size, comfort, own external sitting area), the staff (really friendly and helpful) & location (to the beach, terrific restaurants & taxi service). We felt safe there.
The stairs to bottom villa were narrow but our bags were carried down & up by staff. Older guests may have struggled.
Hospitality Plus! Gorgeous place and very comfortable to stay. 2 min walk to beautiful La Ropa beach. Taxi is only $5 to downtown Zihautenajo! Local food spectacular! Can’t wait until next time! Gonna make this place a habit🙌

Fine for us but all the steps might be challenging for those less fit.
