Pros (+) Nice bed, silent, nice room, nice amenities. Patrice from the front office was amazing! He is a very nice person and did his best to overcome some hurdles. He is the one that resolves any situation and is truly if the situation has no solution.
Cons (-) Room service 24/24 in fact it is only daytime. At 9pm we ordered a soup or a tapa meal d ham and cheese and it was not available. Hotel was facing problems on the air conditioning system and there was no technician over the weekend. It was a hurdle.

Pros (+) Breakfast was great and Betty was extremely dedicated to all guests.
Cons (-) Lack of hooks for coats. Also the bathroom had no hooks for toiletry bags and towels.

Pros (+) The staff were really friendly, the room and the view was amazing and also very clean,, the swimming pool was a big plus to relax after lots of walking, also within walking distance to all attractions
