Very comfortable stay in a clean hotel in a location walking distance to the old Medina. The staff were extremely helpful organizing a special breakfast during Ramadan and a late check out. Amine and Mouad on the front desk were particularly helpful.
I liked the hotel design of lobby and the service only. The location is convenient, it’s a noisy .
The rooms were not updated and very small. The food at the hotel was overpriced for the quality. The worst part is I had my room on the terrace and all the smell from people smoking comes to my room. It was awful!!
Very well apppointed hotel in a central location with friendly staff.
The AC wasn't on and even in February the rooms were hot at night.

Concierge was amazing, great service and fantastic ambience. They really go out of their way to help you. Above and beyond. Restaurants were not the greatest overpriced and food wasn’t the best but I recommend eating outside for some great food. Hotel otherwise was top notch in service and beauty. Thank you for an enjoyable stay!

No temperature control in room. The only control you have is fan speed to turn off whatever (hot or cold air) is being centrally blown. We could hear sounds from the garden area even past midnight with the windows closed. Our bathroom had a narrow wall (virtually no wall) delineating the shower area from the rest of the bathroom. Location
Unprofessional Staff, Room didn't match with our booking. Staff completely ignored our request for room decoration as newly wed. despite their promise. we were given single beds instead of double. it was our wedding night that turn into completely nightmare. I would avoid this hotel at any cost not worth the money.

The food options were limited. It would be good to request for menu for people that come from out of the country in order to have one or 2 food items of their preference included where possible.
This hotel in the heart of Rabat truly deserves a five-star rating, and I’m already looking forward to staying there again. Its central location made it incredibly convenient to move around for my meetings. My room overlooked a lush garden with mature palm trees, providing a serene and picturesque view.
