Pros (+) I loved everything from the hotel . The location is perfect as it’s right next to the old town. The staff are incredible and extremely welcoming and friendly ! I would definitely be back . The spa is one of the nicest spas ever . Can’t wait for my next visit.

Pros (+) Evening meals and breakfast were indulgent and variation of choice was perfect. The service was impeccable and breakfast by the pool made us feel really pampered. The hotel is made of several riads joined together and beautifully restored with exquisitely interesting decor.
Cons (-) Unfortunately our fresh fruits and sweet treats provided on arrival were not kept topped up during stay which was a little disappointing. Mini milk (for tea/coffee) cartons in the minibar were not replenished, we had to keep asking for more. Maybe house keeping could check every day. But that’s nit-picking really!

Pros (+) We really liked how central the location was. Also, the design of the hotel is breathtaking, more beautiful than Bahia Palace for example. They have everything you need: a good restaurant, a spa, pool and rooftop.
