The staff were exceptional. Mai and Lam took great care to make suggestions and help us make the most of our trip to Hanoi. The location is excellent for exploring the old quarter.

A lovely hotel with amazing location and beautiful facilities. The room was large with a very comfortable bed and pillows, perfect to rest after a long day exploring Hanoi. Staff was very accommodating and detail-oriented. The rooftop has incredible views, so would definitely recommend to enjoy a drink there.
It’s the second time we stayed in this hotel and I would just mention two negative things: yesterday when we came back to our room at 13pm it still hadn’t been made, and this morning the shower didn’t have hot water.

Great hotel, amazing rooftop, the staff cares a lot about making your stay as enjoyable as possible. Room without window is a bit small but comfortable and very clean, no noisy at all.

Julie and the staff in general were incredible and helped us plan brilliant day trips, call taxis, and offered solid advice on restaurants. Our room was comfortable and spotlessly clean. The air-conditioning was icy cold.
The skybar staff were not attentive. Service was poor and and prices were high.
This hotel is an excellent choice if you’re looking for a place to stay in the old quarter. It’s very close to the a lot of restaurants, massage parlor, attractions and street food locations. It may be busy and noisy on the streets but once you’re inside the hotel it’s a different story. The ambiance of the hotel is classy, quiet and serene. Lovely room, soundproof so no noise from the street. Very generous fruit platter on arrival, enjoyed relaxing spa treatments, drinks at sky bar were good, staff always pleasant and eager to help. There was a Nespresso machine in the room with 2 capsules but no milk provided. Location is good if you want to be in the heart of the old city but just 2 short blocks from the lake.
No gym area , sky bar dated , decor a bit tired , area too busy and noise at night
