Amazing breakfast, very nice staff at the restaurant. Really beautiful hotel
Only curtains in rooms, No darkness possible in the room, full daylight from 6 a.m. The receptionist was quite rude when I said I’d be 30 minutes late checking out : "I guess we won't have a choice" That is not acceptable to hear The club sandwich for room service at 2AM is 2 slices of bread, 2 cheddar slices and one ham. One can not qualify it as "Club Sandwich"

Rooftop over crowded and no privileged access for hotel guests . No toothbrush or comb. Apparently even on request since I asked for it and never arrived

The property has most of the amenities expected in a luxury hotel. Staff are friendly and genuine. Breakfast was a nice experience every day. The roof bar is another beautiful place to enjoy a beverage while enjoying the beautiful view of the lake. Location is a plus for me because it meant I had to walk a few blocks to reach the shopping center in Zurich. I can’t say there was a single major thin...
I traveled with my son to Zurich but this property does not cater to guests not sharing the same bed as there were no rooms with separate beds.Read more

This boutique hotel in Zurich is the best place to stay. I thoroughly enjoyed every detail, from the luxurious room with a lake view to everything else. I will definitely be returning.
