Pros (+) Everything was fabulous! From booking arrangements to our final day at the Hacienda Bahia. The staff were particularly helpful, welcoming and courteous. Carmen helped with our booking from the outset and coordinated all our activities so that arrangements ran smoothly. Pros (+) Gorgeous location. Very quiet but was surprised to see kids.
Cons (-) Some slight aesthetics like the covers on the pool chairs, some had some spots on them and little things like the build of the shower. It doesn't drain fast enough so some water can spill out onto the floor if you're in too long.
