AC or windows net to keep them opened while sleeping. Luggage service to help you with carrying your bags from/to car/room.
the hotel is beautiful and the rooms are big and very clean
the front desk lady was so rude to me and because of some misunderstanding she started to yell at me it was so unprofessional and rude of course in the end she spoked with the supervisor and apologized to me but it was to late
Lovely location and lovely staff. Local language seemed to be German but the staff either spoke brilliant English or had the patience to work with us to get past any language barriers.
Very minor but travelling as friends, we did have the odd experience of having a window into the shower that couldn't be blocked off.
Clean, friendly staff, amazing wellness, good food. Everything! 10/10

Excellent breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very clean. Hotel offers a lot of info on things to do in the area and also organises various activities (which we did not take part in). Tranquil and relaxing atmosphere in and around the hotel. Spacious room. Fast internet.
The hotel is proud to have "revitalized" Grander water, which is proven to be total bullsh*t and scientific nonsense. This becomes annoying after a while when you see the references to it around the hotel. You can't have a proper lunch in the hotel. There is a snack moment (only available when you sign up for diner in the hotel that evening) in the afternoon at 15:00 and that's a tad bit late when...Read more

Lovely view from the pool. Sicilian chef can at times cook magnificent meals. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Quite basic rooms, refurbishment and interior decor. Our room faced the car park and our view was on the cement rooftop of the lobby. The room furniture was very basic and the pillows were terribly uncomfortable. They didn’t have offer different type of pillow. The food at the breakfast could be better.
