I was surprised to see how big the room was, and how beautifully it was decorated. It has a very elegant feel. I believe all the furniture was custom made to fit the space. One downside to La Belle Maison is the entry through the Circle K, which is very crowded. I had to squeeze my way through the place, then walk up two flights of stairs to enter a totally different world. It is not a deal-breaker by any means, though. Great staff and amazing rooms
It is located in the very center of the old town but it is relatively quiet. The room is clean. They serve very good pho in the breakfast... Beyond all of these, what most impressed us is the service. Vincent at the reception is so really very helpful in every aspect!

A hotel above a convenience store sounds strange but was great .hotel is in the best spot in the old quarter overlooking turtle lake .and the manager Vincent was amazing soon polite and very accommodating to our needs he even wrapped our breakable things we had bought from danang. We are definitely going back to la belle Maison when visiting hanoi.

This was the best hotel I've ever stayed at. I'd booked it as a little treat for myself before flying home the next day and wow was it a treat! Beautiful hotel located in an old building in the thick of the old quarter. Room has lots of character with a beautiful balcony. Clean, spacious and looks like pictures. The hotel rooftop is AMAZING, with gorgeous view over Hoan Kiem lake. Vincent and staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Entry is via possibly the busiest Circle K in Old Quarter and Hoa Kiem lake is steps away.

This was a tranquil haven steps away from the lake and the vibrant old town restaurants and bars. It was better than the pictures. Immaculate. Fresh flowers. Nice architectural detail.
