Pros (+) The staff was super friendly and helped us with an issue we had with the reservation. Totally appreciate it! The facilities are awesome, including the pool, saunas and gym with really high quality equipment. We loved it!

Pros (+) Excellent Service, great walkable location, good hearty breakfast, spotlessly clean. Good value for Paris. Choose room # 203 or 303 for extra corner space. Windows opened in 201. We liked that pool/sauna/steam bath had to be reserved in advance to accommodate everyone. No one hogged the facilities, everyone got a chance to fully enjoy them in peace and quiet.
Cons (-) We chose this hotel BECAUSE it had an indoor pool (and sauna and steam room). Pool was closed for annual cleaning for 4/5 days we were there. Most disappointing. They did notify guests who were doing recent bookings but we booked five months in advance.
