The rooms are beautifully furnished. The electronic connections for devices are excellent in the bedroom, but not great if using the sofa bed in the living room: my daughter spent the night with us and sat on the floor to charge her phone while using. The only minus: that amazing view is due to the fact that we faced the street at a busy corner with incredible views of the surrounding buildings (one big ugh: had to look at the one building with the obscenely garish TRUMP sign, but that is not the fault of the hotel 😂), so traffic on Saturday night was a lot, mainly because of the glass packs and such from the beefed up performance cars that tr...Read more
I thought the property was extremely nice and the staff were very helpful. I really would recommend this location and hotel to any visitor making there way to Chicago.
I can’t really complain about anything other than trivial little things that really do not impact your stay its complaining for the sake of it.
Great location, friendly staff. Nice lobby, big rooms, comfortable for 3 ladies with big suitcases. Comfortable beds. Awesome coffee/espresso machine available 24/7. Room on the street was a bit noisy but that’s what you get for being in the heart of downtown. Would definitely stay again and would like to stay at other L7 Lotte properties.
Check in was 3 pm but room wasn’t ready until after 4pm

Atmosphere in entire hotel was calm, peaceful, homely. The room was equipped with yoga mat, stretching band and weights. Giant room size, anti-slip socks, coffee machine and kettle. Reception also had a 24/7 complimentary coffee machine. Location was perfect- close to Riverwalk, Millennium Park, restaurants and train stations.
The view was of walls of surrounding buildings. This 'encouraged' me to explore the sights in person (not from the hotel's fabulous room).
Absolutely enjoyed my stay here in this chique hotel! Modern, luxurious, spacious rooms, and well taken care off. The staff was very friendly, the tea/coffee and popcorn in the little lobby was super nice and friendly of the hotel. Good location, near multiple public transport spots.
The only thing to improve was the water quality and pressure of the bathroom. However, this is a personal taste thing, because the spacious bathroom and facilities (like a good little care package with a face mask!) really makes up for this.
