Staff was always kind and willing to help. Room was big and noise proof. Amazing location in the loop, close to everything that's beautiful and useful in Chicago. They offer a great coffee machine 24/7 and some tasty popcorn everything afternoon. Loved this perk so much!
Practically nothing!
Lovely lobby with a good coffee selection. I got an essential King room. The room was large, comfortable, and very quiet. The view was of a brick wall about 40 feet away. While it wasn't a beautiful view it felt private and quiet. I'm glad I didn't have a view of the Trump building. Location was close to many stations.

Perfect location, comfortable beds, very spacious, great staff. They let us check in early and meet our request of high floor. Loved the restaurant downstairs as well.

The rooms are beautifully furnished. The electronic connections for devices are excellent in the bedroom, but not great if using the sofa bed in the living room: my daughter spent the night with us and sat on the floor to charge her phone while using.
