Very welcoming and friendly staff, clean rooms, nice size room. Very comfortable pillows and bed. Quality toiletries. Concierge was very nice
I would have liked some more options for food for between breakfast and dinner. The bar menu was only Charcuterie and that is nice for a bar menu but I wish there was more. I was hoping for a nice selection for room service as well
Location
The GF breakfast was very poor. Selection after requested was better but w.g the bread after 4-5 days was stale. The staff just could not understand enough English to make a decent strong cappuccino. Also evening room staff was not consistent. Some nights they prepared the room for the evening, other times were coming at 8:30 pm way too late for us
Very modern and lovely spa hotel. Very close to the old town. Very professional, welcoming, friendly, and generous staff. Highly recommend it.

That children, even older ones who can behave and keep quiet are not allowed in the pool after 10 AM.

The day I left, the hostess invited me into the dining room and get a drink. I took my son on the way, who had paid for the coffee in the lobby. He was delayed fifteen minutes because he had been instructed to charge me for the banana... What a shame!
