We loved our stay at L'Hermitage and wish we could've enjoyed more of the actual hotel offerings but we were out and about in the city most of the time. Our room was very clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful, and we enjoyed our breakast at the hotel restaurant (not included in our stay but we were provided a voucher for a discount). Location, friendly staff and existing parking space
Breakfast and living room looks very low quality, not what you expect for this hotel price range.
Good location downtown, elegant facility, very attentive staff, extremely comfortable bed.
Power bank on desk did not work (yes, I checked it was plugged in). Shower head was at chest height (tall guests don’t need to wash hair apparently). Breakfast very over-priced vs portion size. The hotel was good … but for the high price I paid, I honestly expected perfection.

Slightly tired vs expectation. Outdoor area is very poor, pool was not inviting and only 3 loungers crammed together in a tight area.

I booked this for my daughter and her husband for the 2 days after their wedding. The staff were very welcoming. The room and other facilities including the pool and hot tub were all great.
