Cons (-) The first room in which they put us was adjacent to an industrial fan from a neighboring building. The sound was intolerable. We asked to move, and they moved us to a quieter room.

Pros (+) The L’ Hermitage Hotel was a perfect stay for my wife and I. The staff are very accommodating, so very pleasant which topped off an already pleasurable stay. Pros (+) Very comfortable and clean , beautiful decor , super friendly and helpful staff , great food in the restaurant
Cons (-) Only improvement would be to have more greenery around the pool area but that’s a personal thing and would not detract from my overall opinion of this lovely hotel.
