Beautiful location and property, delicious breakfast. Friendly, helpful and attentive staff.
The room decor was lovely but the layout was awkward. We did not like the two levels in the room - especially if it was necessary to get up at night to use the bathroom. The step down from sleeping area to bathroom needed better lighting. The steam aromatherapy shower had no instructions for use. The hair dryer conked out when using it on the last morning. Beautiful buildings and grounds. Rooms were comfortable.
Nice atmosphere & grounds. Rooms were spacious & comfortable, but cleanliness could have been better. Liked the restaurant on premise. Breakfast was just ok.
Maintenance of room was lacking. Staff could have been better.

Minor confusion over billing
There are several areas where improvements could have been made. The quality of the linens and blankets in our villa suite was particularly disappointing. The breakfast options were limited, and additional charges were incurred for fresh orange juice and yogurt with fruit. Additionally, the final bill prominently featured a tip section that was highlighted, which was not appropriate.
Beautiful setting, comfortable cozy room, great shower, thick towels, delicious breakfast, really attentive service from all staff!
Loved everything…except would have appreciated a wall-mounted magnifying mirror in the bathroom.
Great food, service, room and hospitality
The furniture are quite outdated and worn, with the price we paid, we expect the cleaner room and newer furniture. There are some bleach odor in the room, suggest the hotel to use more user friendly cleaning product.
Relaxing stay in a beautiful place, friendly staff, excellent restaurant.
The breakfast good
Extremely expensive restaurant , Food was ok but not worth the cost , wine list was all extremely expensive. At breakfast the waiter presented us with the bill and had highlighted where we were supposed to leave a gratuity for the breakfast staff and housekeeping .
