The property is located in a very secluded in Ninh Van Bay. It’s great to be away from the city’s hustle and bustle. Plenty of greenery. Amazing villas that were very private with a pool. The staff were amazing and kind. Our butler Jackson took very good care of us. The food was amazing too. The beach was very clean with a beach bar. Highly recommend this place and can’t wait to be back.

Almost everything! Our butler mr. Vu did a fantastic job!
Food could be improved. 100items is too many and sometimes it is a miss. The standard complimentary appetizer of a small baguette+butter is too basic. Overall food experience is quite good, but it could be great with some simple changes.
The location and smaller scale of the resort made this the perfect getaway. Probably the highlight was the view and private pool in our hilltop villa, but all of the services, dining, and activities (snorkeling, spa, sunset cruise) were terrific.
We were fortunate to have excellent weather during our stay, which was a plus given that so many of the resort's strengths center around the beautiful outdoor setting. Also, L'Alya uses a "butler" approach to coordinating services, which was a bit odd for us as more independent-style travelers - but there is an option to dial up or down the level of such services provided.

My butler felt consistently low-key annoyed by me, not that many activities
Lovely staff, very peaceful location and very relaxing atmosphere. Having a pool at the villa was perfect as was the beautiful outside space, many games of Uno were played out there. Special shout out to Vu, who took care of us so well and was so kind to our little girl.
Everything is perfect. This is a really friendly environment place and perfect for relaxation. All the staffs are supportive and looked after us really well.
Nothing is to dislike
A beautiful location set against a beautiful jungle with a beautiful beach. The facilities were all great. The villa we stayed in was exceptional.
Having a ‘butler’ was strange and unnecessary. The food and drinks are overpriced and obviously you’re stuck captive on an island. To make this better they should look to offer better value for money, given they already charge a premium for the stay anyway.
