Pros (+) Hotel's lounge at Kyoto station very helpful for pick up, as well to store luggage temporarily after checkout w/o requiring extra trip back to hotel if going on day trip to Nara, Osaka, etc. Beautiful view from room, even from 8th Fl. Location is perfect, close to subway and downtown areas.

Pros (+) It was incredibly impressive. Great breakfast with a lot of variety when it comes to both food and drinks. The staff was very polite and helpful. The room was very spacious and the view was amazing! The hotel was situated in the centre of Kyoto. The perfect hotel!

Cons (-) I just list fact. 1. Internet not working at all 80% time within one week no WIFI, the only place has Wi-Fi is downstair cafe or top floor breakfast room. But the staff told me even without room internet wifi, if we want to use wifi downstair inside cafe, we have to buy food there.
