Pros (+) - Very helpful and professional staff - The room was spacious and in a very good condition - Breakfast was very good, a huge variety of different foods and the staff was very professional - Beautiful overall ambient - Perfect location to start exploring Kyoto - Also the perfect location if you travel to Kyoto by train, it's so close to the Kyoto station

Pros (+) Location was great, next to Kyoto train station. Room was clean. Concierge recommended and made dinner reservation at a very good restaurant for us.
Cons (-) It's outdated, Didn't like the buffet breakfast and they didn't warn us that they were taking all the food away at exactly 10 a.m. Last seating is at 9:30 a.m.

Pros (+) This place is a real gem. Perfectly located right next to the main station so getting anywhere in Kyoto or for arriving and departing is super easy.
