Pros (+) Lovely hotel, with a modern feel. Breakfast was very good, and a good variety. The Imperial Palace grounds were 10 minutes walk away, and is a superb place to visit. The nearest bus stop is also only 10 minutes away; taxis are always available.

Pros (+) The room and the facility is very nice. The bed was very comfortable and was perfect for a family of 4.
Cons (-) The location is no super convenient. You need to walk atleast 12-15 mins to get to a bus or need to take a taxi. Dining options at the restaurant are also pricey. The checkin experience was a meh - the staff just made me wait.

Cons (-) I think Id like a little more variety with the Western Breakfast offering. We stayed for 6 nights. Did try the Japanese restaurant but the kids preferred the Western. Maybe change it up every second day

Pros (+) Courtesy 7 minute shuttle bus to a station point to travel from, as the Hotel is located within the suburbs. Great suite with all the amenities and very spacious, with separate lounge area to the bedroom. Good selection with high quality breakfast and service. Staff were outstanding. Checkout at 12 pm very helpful.
Cons (-) Couldn't really fault our stay.
