Pros (+) A unique experience truly magical. Room was huge ! Had a onsen on balcony which was bliss We had private onsen experience you can book in advance for a small fee highly recommended. The fine dining and breakfast traditional Japanese food was out of this world . Staff were amazing and attentive Location quiet and perfect Hotel it’s self is peaceful, traditional and well maintained 10/10

Pros (+) The room was beyond expectations, great design and comfort and very private. The place in itself makes you feel like you're completely isolated. The food was up there with some of the best we've had in Japan. The staff was very friendly.
Cons (-) Its quite pricey and a bit out of the way, especially if you do not have access to a car.

Pros (+) Shuttle brought us from the station right to the location. Staff hospitality was incredible. They even moved out bags to the room for us. Room was a dream with a private bath. The futon and beds were so comfortable. The clothing sets were so comfortable too. Amenities were amazing. Kaiseki was so delicious--Chef Kobayashi was a pleasure and the waiting staff were so sweet and considerate.
Cons (-) We didn't have enough time there. We will have to stay longer next time!
