Very spacious, modern, and comfortable two story townhome. Location beautiful and peaceful, boarder is a forest area. Very reasonably priced for the upgraded accommodations.
Staff was non-English speaking and didn't have access to a translator app, making it a little bit of a challenge. Very large kitchen but very few kitchen supplies. It's a little out of the way for tourist attractions or stores, but it's worth it if you want a peaceful location.
The house is huge. There are plenty of wardrobes. It is perfectly quiet inside and outside as well. There is a reception so no need to worry about how to get the key.
The inside was subtly smelled as a smoker's house. Thanks to huge volumes it was not very annoying and mostly around kitchen-living space. There is no way to contact them if you don't have a Korean phone number and they are not on Signal.
Location, only one tv working and the other TV was decoration feel like abandoned house, which was owned by Chinese, could see some Chinese stuffs like stickers on the window etc

It's a silent place and facilities inside the house are sufficient for living a longer time.
The house size could accommodate more than 4 persons. Therefore, it's better to add one more bed or sofa bed. When come back house at night, the light pole within village seems insufficient.
Super quiet because it's located in the mountains and also very clean, I would strongly recommend it to people who want to take a full rest.

We traveled as two couples and really enjoyed the spacious villa, which offers bedroom, walk in closet and bathroom for each couple, villas are located in a quiet and green area, pretty restaurant „Olla“ which serves delicious pizza and western food close to entrance of neighboring Springdale villas (welcomed change after 2weeks of Korean food :D ).
The people in charge were really nice and helpful

The place was great and the staff very friendly
Our neighbors who checked in late and were very noisy that we could not sleep early enough as intended. That is one thing we did not like about our stay as you can hear the noise next door
