we experienced the spa, it was nice. The kids play facilities was really good too as we had our 5 year old son with us. All the staff were very welcoming and accommodating of any request we had.
The only thing i could say is the drinks were quite highly priced.
Friendly and helpful staff, beautifully appointed decor, great location (just across the street from train station), wonderful amenities. Would love to stay here again!
The members of staff made the difference! The customer service was absolutely amazing and we’ve been travelling a bit lately. Spot on!

The lighting in the room/bathroom is a little dark
It was beyond any of our expectations. The food, the staff, the facilities - everything was amazing. When we had a problem with the room, they took care of us immediately.
Paying for the gym and the kids room - even though, the price for the hotel was so good, that it was ok paying those extras
best hotel in Brasov, full of attraction - bouling/biliard and other (with small payment) gamings in the first floor, perfect (payble but attractive) big gym and spa area. rooms are large and well design, free parking , very good breakfast great staff treatment in everything

The room itself is big, beautifully decorated and has a wonderful shower. The hotel has excellent facilities that helped us tide through a windy and snowy day. Gym and spa is world class, at 12€ totally worth it. There’s even a bowling alley! Room service food is also better than some 5 star hotels.

It was a wonderful hotel with helpful and really pleasant staff, but it's a pity the hotel location is not in the Old town!

Lovely welcoming habits (hot towels at the front desk), accommodating & easy to interact with staff that went out of their way to comply with our asks, nice room & amenities, splendid breakfast, good a la carte menu in the lobby restaurant, nice indoor pool & spa.
Waiting time in a not-necessarily-busy restaurant was a bit on the long side (~1 hour) and one of the side dishes was kinda bleah (they did try to compensate with some on-the-house dessert that I've politely declined, yet still appreciated the gesture).
