Great location - big modern and spacious. Big gym and pool area. Decent breakfast Friendly staff
Some of the elevators were not working Gym hours are 7am to 9pm - should be open earlier.
Very good location excellent staff, polite friendly and very helpful. Hotel was very clean. Close to shops, transport and walking distance to pub street
The chef on the egg station pre cooked eggs and left them either in a cold pan or in a cupboard. Eggs are so quick to cook should have been done to order. Everything else was 100%
Absolutely wonderful staff. Very helpful and accommodating. Very close to central Siem Reap but quiet. Very easy to book activities. Loved the pool! Wonderful place to relax after a day out in the heat! Would stay here again.
Air conditioning throughout hotel was not consistent. Made it a little uncomfortable.

Loved everything
We loved our stay at Koulen Central Hotel! We really wanted to extend our stay and have already planned to come back and stay again. Excellent location, very kind staff. The room was very large- actually 3 living/bedroom spaces and a large bathroom. Very effective air conditioning in the rooms. The rooftop pool was beautiful and the bar was great!
It was VERY hot when we visited and the fridge in the apartment wasn’t cold enough to keep water cold. Western breakfast offerings were okay (excellent egg station) but tea, coffee and juice selection needs to be improved.
Great location and very convenient, specially if you have limited time in Siem Reap. They also have a desk for booking tours that closes until 10 pm. It was great for me as I could book my tour to Angkor the night before. The pool is also great and they have nice breakfast selection. The staff is extremely nice and helpful, they speak good English.
Staff by the pool was not on top of the orders and missed to have the pool area clean after people finished their drinks. Not a big deal but just an area of improvement.
This brand new hotel is wonderful, with exceptionally friendly staff especially Lysa who made us feel welcome from check in to check out, He even gave us an extra welcome drink before we left just to reminding us of the warm hospitality we experienced when we first arrived and we love that.
