The rooftop pool was spectacular. The staff at the front desk and Lee at the concierge desk were very helpful. The breakfast was extensive. Basically, we liked everything. In addition, it was an excellent value for money.

Everyone was so welcoming at the desk, Bossaba and Vicharo were very helpful! We had an excursion that ended the afternoon we were leaving. They secured our luggage until we came back! The guest manager, pheara was delightful and very accommodating. I would highly recommend this hotel. It was clean, well run, wuth a good breakfast. If I return to Siam Reap I would stay here again!

This is a massive hotel, looks like its built for conferences too, its a 10 min walk from all the hustle and bustle so that means it's nice and quiet. The room is very large, comfy with great aircon (needed as it was 40 degrees outside). The pool area is very lovely but needs more shade (umbrellas). The bar/restaurant pool side was good. The property was in a great location within walking distance to many places of interest. The staff were amazing and very helpful an excellent facility’s!
Staff were amazing. The breakfast was incredible so many options from east to west. The pool to relief the heat in the afternoon was perfect!!
Can be noise if you stay in a room that face the town.

Clean , spacious room, very helpful , polite and professional staff. Great service at the reception/front desk, but also in the restaurant, bar and gym. Location is perfect , very close to the old market, but not impacted by the noise. Swimming pool at the top is really nice. If we come back - we will stay only in Koulen.

Our stay at the hotel was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with a big smile.
