Pros (+) Great view of the ocean and beautiful sunsets. The unit is big and clean. Kitchen has everything you need, even a rice cooker!
Cons (-) The area under the couch & loveseat have NOT been cleaned and the unit owner can spend less than $100.00 to go buy better umbrella and beach chairs from Costco. The ones available in the unit are old and falling apart.
