Pros (+) I stayed at this location with my family, which includes a 3yo. We loved the room facility with the tatami mat area which was especially helpful for providing room for my 3yo to play and decompress in the mornings while we prepared to leave and in the evenings after being out exploring Tokyo all day. The location is very convenient within 8-10mins walking distance to the shops of Asakusa and Senso...
Cons (-) Not much to fault. I guess in the pictures of the accommodation you can see views of skytree from your window, but we were on floor 3 and we had a building blocking our view. So if you are hoping for views of Skytree from your roomperhaps ask reception staff to give you a room on higher floor.

Pros (+) We really enjoyed the neighborhood. It was a short walk to Senso-ji. Great restaurants and attractions a short walk from the hotel. The room was great and had everything we need. It was really nice to have a washer and dryer in the room. The view to the sky tree building was beautiful! The tatami area was great for our two teenagers.

Pros (+) Very large space. Has all essentials, and very comfortable! In a very quiet area, has convenience store and grocery store nearby.
Cons (-) The location is a bit far from Senso-ji area, still require a bit of walk, and also a bit of distance from the station if going to the airport.
