Exceptional reception with truly outstanding, well trained staff. Exciting hotel architecture with great views and quiet rooms in the center of Munich. The deluxe room was well designed, just large enough, with a free mini bar cabinet serving espresso. The Greta Oto Restaurant serves delicious and innovative food inspired by Latin American Cuisine. We loved this place!

Efficient and extremely helpful staff. We got the room at 8am in the morning and everyone was polite and welcoming. Definitely the highlight of our Munich stay.
The location was good, good room, however, the room service was very bad at service, I have asked to bring me a kettle it took them 7 hours to bring it after three time calling them. Also, the Sauna is limited for those who book the executive suite only.

- spectacular location - the upgrade was appreciated - hotels vibe is impressive - not a big property but it’s enough - staff are professional and helpful - the green and gold cafes are calming and inviting - valet service was great - concierge team are very helpful and friendly
- ordered in room dining and I couldn’t help but notice that the portions of the food were less than usual and the food wasn’t as delicious as it looks - unfortunately it’s the second hotel in Munich that asks for 200 € a night for deposit which is not a reasonable amount to hold I have visited a lot of luxury hotels in Europe and the standard deposit for the night is always 100 € please consider ...Read more
Cost to value wise, maybe it’s the best I have ever seen. Huge thanks to the staff who helped in getting the best experience ever. Very friendly and supportive staff, they even helped me in food delivery and told me about the best apps (locally) to get goods and food during off times. Finally, let’s not forget that the city center (Marienplatz) is across street, 3 minutes walk.
Location /nice size room/you feel the luxury
location is good, new hotel so seems fresh with a nice design. front of house staff is nice (James especially).
aircon was poor making room feel stuffy and sweaty at night, bed was uneven, my first room (before I asked to move) was located on first floor with a floor to ceiling window opposite the exit to a busy subway station with kids peering in day and night. the food at the restaurant was patchy (octopus tasted rubbery and smelled off, the eggs were weird tasting). the bar was crowded at night and guest...Read more
Hello, they took a large sum of money and did not return it as a guarantee and money for taxes, and the tax is included with the room reservation from 9/9
