Pros (+) The Front Desk Officers were welcoming & very hospitable especially Mr Partha Duwarah . Also ? Mr Raman I think from the Transport section put me at ease when I was worried about receiving my daughter from Airport.
Cons (-) What could have been better is faster telephonic replies . I do understand about the busy time of the day ..... Also there was too much overcrowding of noisy people in the lobby , this was 7pm evening of 25th April .

Pros (+) The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Staff were exceptionally professional and courteous. The breakfast buffet was excellent, and both lunch and dinner were enjoyable, though the menu favored South Indian cuisine with limited Western options. Unfortunately, the pool was under renovation during our stay, which was a slight letdown.

Pros (+) The whole experience of my staycation was extremely luxurious and opulent! The staff were really cordial and had the best service arranged special remark upon Mr. Sourav Adhikari who was just exceptional with his amiable demeanor and assistance.

Pros (+) Everything, all food was great, very deep taste, not overpowering. Great on the pallet.

Pros (+) The staff were very friendly and professional. The hotel was well maintained and the breakfast had a good spread. Overall we loved our stay though it was a short one.
Cons (-) The croissants were served cold at the coffee place in the lounge. Had informed the manager about it. Otherwise all were good.
