Everything is exceptionally crafted with the guest comfort in mind. Had the most amazing holiday rest time, Had never been to a hotel facility where a guest is assigned a specific waiting staff - and all staff are so courteous and literally pamper you from arrival to checkout. Amazing holiday destination facility!!
There's nothing not to like.. Everything is crafted to entice the guests to want to go back... indeed we will return again this year!
An excellent place overall! Having access to a great beach was the highlight. The property is quiet and serene since the rooms are well spaced, so it’s the ideal place to relax. The staff are absolutely lovely, we felt so well taken care of the whole time.
The food spread could have better options sometimes, I would’ve liked to see more local food options included in the menu.

The setting at Kisiwa on the Beach is very beautiful. The restaurant building is dramatic, the pool set slightly back from the beach, and the spacious villas are all lovely. There is attentive service and there is over-attentive service. While the staff are all well meaning, we got tired of being asked every 5 minutes if everything was OK and did we need anything. Lovely staff. Ombeni the waiter was fantastic, as was the restaurant manager Cornell. Both looked after us throughout our stay. Housekeeping were also fantastic and the spa team gave us a couple of treatments. We loved relaxing by the pool and the proximity to the beach. I'd highly recommend this as a relaxing retreat.
Drinks are a little bit on the pricey side. Not a problem if you don't mind walking 20 minutes down the beach to some other bars.
The grounds of the hotel are stunning and the staff are extremely helpful and friendly.
Although the daily menus read well, unfotunately the food is not up to the standard it should be for the rating, and the cost, of this hotel. We had a number of lunches further up the beach which were much better and in fact, chose to miss out on our last inclusive dinner, because were fed up with food we simply couldn't eat. I loved everything about Kisiwa, its is paradise. We really enjoyed the dinner on the beach.

We loved this hotel. It was the perfect place to relax, had easy access to the beach and great food! The staff were so friendly, Cornell (I think this was his name!) in particular in the F&B team went above and beyond to make our stay amazing!
