Pros (+) Great location. Food was amazing. Especially Ottoman a la carte was my favorite restaurant. Staff were friendly. Family friendly facility. We definitely come back again.

Pros (+) The overall experience was really good. The best thing is that when you checkin they provide you with a personal assistant who is always in touch with you on whatsapp. For us Yaroslav was our personal assistant and he was very very helpful.
Cons (-) There should have been mist fans outdoor as the weather was very humid

Pros (+) The food was delicious and varied, the pools were clean and enjoyable, and the children’s zone was really well designed – perfect for families.
Cons (-) The hotel territory could be a bit larger, but it’s well maintained. One small downside is that not many rooms have a good sea view, and the ones that do face the concert area. The music and noise from evening shows can sometimes go on until around 1:00 AM. For some people that might be disturbing, but for us it wasn’t an issue.
