A beautiful view and clean comfortable stay
The hotel was the cleanest I’ve ever stayed at! The decor was so cute and cozy. Each floor had its own lounge with a full kitchen, living and dining room that had such a nice layout that encouraged guests to actually use it. I loved that the communal fridge had a basket for each room so that there was separation of guests’ things. The location was perfect! Just a 5 minute walk to the Public Market...
I would have liked a bit more communication before my stay on the registration and check-in process. I liked the cardless entry, the washer and dryer was available on the same floor where my room was, there is functional gym. They had basic massive fridge to store food and oats, vegan milk and cornflakes, coffee machine, tea making, utensils, gas, dishwasher, oven, toaster, grilling machine. It felt like home. For washer and dryer they have high tech new machines and no charge unlike other places...
The room service didnt happen throughout my stay. I was expecting gym to be more than functional, there is no leg workout machine, pull up bars or smith machine. No cleaning tissue available to clean equipments after use. No paper cups for drinking water.Read more
Super modern place. Concept of the common areas was pretty neat.
There were a lot of things that I had to ask questions about. Perhaps more information messages going out. Instructions for door locks and streaming on the tv.
Very big room with super impressive ceiling height, great common spaces (lounge area, kitchen, …) and very well decorated
Only very minor points, but better soap dispensers in the shower, and towel holders could be great, as well as body lotion
Didn’t have breakfast, just coffee which we made ourselves in community kitchen. Roomy room and bathroom. Room was quiet. There is a nice area to entertain guests
needed to use a 5 digit passcode for everything. Not advised there was no valet on weekends, so we had to dig our car out of snow. Not advised that we had to request for our room to be cleaned. For first time in this hotel, the one person staff did not tell us things we should have been advised of and there was nothing in the room to let us know either.
