Pros (+) The location is wonderful, located in the middle of the Gothic quarter... A few steps from Rambla street. The staff are so friendly. There are lot of traditional shops nearby.
Cons (-) It's not easy to pick a ride for a car because of small alleys and walking people. Sometimes, you have to go to a certain area on Rambla street.

We scheduled 2 massages and facials 3 days ahead, we arrived at spa and said we did not schedule 2 massages and had to chose 1 massage, one facial… the facial was horrid! Cons (-) Poor restuarant facility for such an expensive hotel, too expensive. Réception was being painted, restuarant had mentioned I was gluten free when I asked to book in advance told buffet only turkey. Not good enough for a hotel costing this price .poached eggs cold at breakfast bacon inedible.stayed before but won't be back
