When it finally was our time to check in we were told it would still be 1 hour for our room to be ready, which was an unexpected situation since we had a large dog with us and were tired and wanting to relax in our room. Pros (+) The bed was very comfortable. The staff were incredible. Helpful and lovely. The restaurant was great.
Cons (-) Outdated room. The bathrooms are severely outdated and in poor shape. The jets in the tub were broken. The bathroom was minimally stocked. It felt like the Holiday Inn. This was the premium suite- imagine that!

Cons (-) When I booked I was told parking was included, when I stayed I had to pay 100 bucks. I won’t stay here or recommend this place. They will say it’s bookings fault, booking says it’s their fault. I don’t care, 100 dollars was stolen from me at this hotel by its staff.

Pros (+) The room was amazing. Enough room for 3 adults and a 3 year old. The adjoining room had its own couch and TV. So everyone was able to enjoy and relax in thier own space. Room service was fast and the food great!
Cons (-) The heat did not work very well in the adjoining room with the bunk beds. It stayed pretty chilly.
