It was perfect
Management is non responsive when you book with travel companies. I ended up paying an extra $500 because the hotel didn’t respond on a timely matter. Hotel is overall very overpriced. There’s extra fees upon arrival that aren’t disclosed in the booking. For such a high end resort the management is shitty and not on top of things.

The staff for the most part was very friendly and helpful. The front desk staff no so much
When I booked it included breakfast but once the booking was finalized, the breakfast was never noted in the reservation and we were left having to pay extra

Place is perfect Stay here!! Do the hotel breakfast!
The resort was beautiful and the staff were friendly and attentive. We loved our bungalow. The food was great.
Everything was perfect!! Incredible people, delicious food and wonderful place

Other than that and another issue that our friends had with their room and being moved to more satisfactory accommodations, not really much else.Read more
The new buildings on the hotel campus are beautiful, and the landscaping wonderful.
Poor customer service and inadequate response to our issues. First, while the new part of the hotel is beautiful and well appointed, many of the rooms are in a neighboring structure at least ten years old that is aging. We ended up moving to a neighboring hotel after one night. We booked late and had few options. Beware of the last available Essential class rooms at the Kimpton. They are not big. ...Read more
