Bed and furniture were too low
Location great, natural light amazing, style overall was nice
Bathroom was dingy and dusty. Corners dirty. Shoddy grout/sealant. Minibar/snacks were extremely overpriced.
Old world charm and spacious, comfortable room within 5 minute walk from ferry terminal, with luggage! Hotel accommodated request for early check-in w/o extra charge; we were checking out early the next day for the airport. Friendly front desk. Restaurant served tasty food. Appreciated bell hop/valet's help with ordering a cab on departure.
None. Stayed only one night.
Worth every penny for me, may be too expensive for others. It has such an amazing vibe, people are authentic and there is so much to do even if you exclude the Waterfront, amazing!
The weather, nothing to do with the hotel
Good-sized room. Friendly staff. It was great to stay in a hotel where everything works easily. No complicated technology to turn on/off lighting/curtains etc. Interesting artwork throughout the hotel. Very easy walk to Pier 52 and to get to Pioneer Place area, Pike place market, and aquarium.
Nothing.
Rooms were way bigger than expected, cool modern design, nice large waterfall shower, very quiet despite a peak period for a baseball game in the city, lovely helpful staff on front desk
The WiFi was a bit intermittent and the iron was poor, but that’s clutching at straws for negative points
They upgraded our room to a basic suite because the room they gave us had virtually no lighting.
The entire hotel needs a complete upgrade because it is not 5* as stated. possibly 3* All staff require training.
The front desk workers were fantastic - Dylan in particular really made my stay memorable. They provided us a wonderful birthday gift and were very accommodating with letting us check in early and storing our bags until our room was ready. I would definitely be back. Also the location is fantastic it's a couple blocks away from Pike Place which was perfect.
The $25 hotel credit is a bit odd - seems like it should just be included in the price. It's for access to the gym and then you also get a daily $12 credit for the restaurant/bar.
Location was excellent. The area was felt safe and clean enough for me to feel comfortable walking around with my wife and kids. There were a lot of coffee shops nearby and we loved each of them. The hotel was beautiful inside. Check-in was quick and painless and the staff was helpful the few times we needed anything. We were in town for the Post Malone/Jelly Roll concert and T-Mobile arena is a 2...
No complaints really, the price was a little high, but I think that could be expected considering the location and the hotel itself.Read more
