We had a terrible experience at the hotel’s restaurant. We were not served food despite waiting for almost two hours, while all the tables around us were served. Closing time came, our food was nowhere to be seen. The server was rude and never apologized for his behavior. We never got a true apology from the hotel. They were going to email us after we complained. They never did.
The location was perfect -- a short walk down to the waterfront and close to all of the tourist sites. Easy to get around on foot. Ubers were prompt for longer rides. I upgraded to a suite and it was huge! More space than I really needed, but it was a very pleasant surprise. Coffee maker in the room was great for morning before embarking on my day. Location was great , ate dinner it was good, our room was spacious clean and very quiet, calm and serene.

Location is very central and easy to walk to many things.
Thankfully I’m not a lite sleeper because there was a decent amount of street noise.
The hotel is beautiful, with beatiful artwork throughout. The staff was always extremely pleasant and helpful. The bar/restaurant has great ambiance that comlliments and enhances the stay.
They didn’t mention that breakfast was served in the restaurant each morning. The restaurant hours in the elevator gave the impression that they didn’t.

Hotel was excellent, everything about was wonderful. The room was a great size, staff were very helpful, it was modern and clean. We ate at the Bookstore Bar, which again was excellent and the staff very helpful.
Location was great! Right downtown and easily accessible by walking. The old historic building is absolutely beautiful.
Staff at the front desk were quite curt and rude when we asked about valet parking. They were having loud personal discussions for everyone in the lobby to hear. The beds were mediocre and the down duvet cover was visibly worn out and thin; left us quite cold all night. There was a strong unpleasant smell in the room and we had to open the window for it to go away.
