Exceptional rooms in Building-B
Rooms in Building-A looks small.
The design of the hotel is modern and stylish. Staff were responsive and did upgrade our room on the second visit after we raised concerns.
During my first stay, we had to wait over 1.5 hours past check-in time, only to be placed in a separate building, which was not what we booked or expected. After multiple failed attempts to resolve the issue, we left without staying and were denied a refund due to unclear third-party booking information—despite using the Booking.com app. On my second visit, although check-in was smoother, the air ...Read more
Staff members were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant on the 7th floor was pretty good.
Requests that we made before the stay were met only from 4th try. Problems with cold water supply. Room cleaning was random (textile is fine but there was dust everywhere and the floor kept being unwashed).

Comfortable beds, good shower and soaps. Secure parking available, accessible to rest of the city, not far from metro station.

The hotel is very beautiful. We had a suite room, which had everything we needed and more. The best part was the very comfortable pillows, which showed that the hotel had spared no expense to ensure the comfort of its guests. A nice bonus was the cosmetics, what was the fragrance? It smelled very good.
We checked into the hotel around 10 p.m., and the receptionist was probably tired. Usually, guests are greeted with a smile, but she just looked at us and greeted us very quietly in Georgian. The hotel has a restaurant, and we had breakfast included. Really comfortable stay and the sushi restaurant is super delicious
Some more wellness options in like sauna could be a plus
