I checked into the hotel on July 24th. We had a minor issue, but the reception staff did their best to resolve it. I arrived tired, so I may have unintentionally raised my voice. The hotel boasts an exceptional location with convenient access to the Dubai Mall via a dedicated tunnel. The staff provides excellent service, and I highly recommend this establishment. I plan to return in the future.
Regarding the hotel stay, we were informed about ongoing maintenance during check-in, and the associated noise levels have proven to be manageable.

Staff are all superb, particularly Amina in reception, Sanjay and Abdul at breakfast, Saadi in housekeeping. Hotel is very clean throughout. Location is very convenient with direct access to Dubai Mall where there are so many shops, restaurants and coffee shops. Also direct access to the Metro
Swimming pool though it’s beautiful, it is quite shallow which means you can’t have a proper swim Breakfast is great but surprisingly the choice of Indian food is very limited, considering the number of Indian guests
